    Someone left a baggie of heroin by the side of the road. Both State police and Medford Police are utterly nonchalant. State police didn't even want to pick it up. Said to throw it away! Medford Police Eventually picked it up, but seemed quite bothered to have to pick it up.

    Found a used U100 syringe with needle less than 30 feet from the playground fence. It has been properly disposed of, but please keep an eye out for the consistent drug use and public drinking in parked cars on this block of Mystic River Rd.

    2 years ago Medford public works dumped two large piles of curbstones in the park along the Mystic River. MPW repeatedly promised to clean it up or lay out the stones orderly alog the road, yet nothing has been done.
