I found one near the basketball courts a month ago. Where was this one?

This one was about 100 ft past the playground. Found a whole bunch of needles closer to the playground a few weeks back. Nips and beercans are very common here, and people park and drink on a daily basis. However, needles are a new thing. Perhaps the police should consider chasing away all the parked cars. After all, the entire street is a tow zone.
