Drivers: Please be aware that Cascade Rd., off of Mower St., is now in the process of reconstruction. Please use Virginia Rd. to Windermere Rd., to access Cascade Rd. Just recently a driver had to be towed out of a huge "pond" on Cascade Rd. after she tried to drive over the ice-covered puddle and sank up to almost the engine of her vehicle. Concerned Pam
