Just curious, I know where my property lines are, so I know where the public frontage is, please let me know, a simple answer, location, or office to call the right Worcester agency. The public portion of the wall my neighbor built is collapsing. I am very worried about the children in my neighborhood or pets will get hurt or killed, there is a ton of fill behind it that will collapse into my property which has also been buried by fill by the neighbor.
