People walking the street because of snow filled sidewalks.

Were are the aldermen's who we elected to look over our wards, they can see this and they should see that it gets cleaned up.

I do believe that in kingston clearing the snow from the sidewalks is the responsibility of the person who's house or business that sidewalk is in front of.
