Description

The left turn green arrow sometimes stays on for a very short time even when there is a long line of cars, such that only 3-4 cars can get through (depending on how many run the light...). This doesn't always happen -- sometimes it stays green for a more normal length of time -- but I've witnessed it a few times now.

A. On Grove St at Salisbury, where there are two left turn lanes to turn onto Salisbury
