Description
The Traffic signal, which is on major Taylor Boulevard at the exits/entrance of the Mass pharmacy school is greatly malfunctioning- it is cycling to RED every few seconds- and is NOT being tripped by the mass pharmacy school entrance/exit. Both sides of major Taylor blvd are effected. This location is between pharmacy school and the worcester PD.
