No heating device in the bathroom, sink room, pantry, and back hall. Slippery and unsealed fire escape slightly separating from building. Large cracks forming on load bearing walls likely from house sinking or foundation issues. Unsealed vinyl floor in kitchen prevents mopping without runoff into flooring. In-seal-able, in-lockable, shifted out of frame due to house sinking. Mysterious large bulging coming out of wall. Buckling bathroom vinyl flooring. Mold growth in bathroom, due to lack of any ventilation in bathroom. Possible mold growth and fire hazard level dust buildup in drop ceilings. Intermittent electrical issues; lights flickering, not turning on. Filed previously, however did not receive a response. Received a email on 5/2/24 that case was resolved and that the request was closed.
